What does the clan hall provide?
Inside there are NPCs that work only for the clan owner.
- Buffs. A set of fifteen buffs, including HP and MP restoration. They're free, but the support itself has a level, which the clan pays for separately.
- Teleport. Two points to the nearest hunting grounds - faster and cheaper than the gatekeeper.
- Return of experience. Some of the experience lost upon death can be returned without spending a scroll.
- Workshop and warehouse. Crafting, sorting things out, storage – everything is in place.
- Shop. Each hall has its own selection of goods, different from one another.
What exactly is in a particular hall, with full tables of buffs, functions, teleport points, and goods, is on its page. All 44 collected in the section Clan Halls.
Two hall classes instead of three
It is important not to get confused here: purchased halls are divided into two groups, not three, as is often written. The difference between them is in the support package.
| Junior Halls | Senior Halls | |
|---|---|---|
| Cities | Dion, Gludio, Gludin, Schuttgart | Giran, Aden, Goddard, Rune |
| How many | 16 | 22 |
| Support levels | 3, 4, 5 | 3, 5, 7, 8 |

Where are the halls and how much do they cost?
The starting bid is the minimum at which the auction begins, not the final price. If there are multiple bidders, the starting bid increases. Rent is deducted from the clan's warehouse once a week and is independent of the bid you paid at the auction.

How to buy a hall at auction
The sale is handled by an NPC Auctioneer — It's located in the same cities where there are halls. They also check what's on display and where exactly each hall is located in the city.
- Collect money from the clan warehouse. The bet is debited not from the character, but from clan warehouse, and only the leader pays.
- Place a bet. It cannot be lower than the starting bid. While the bidding is ongoing, the bid is visible to all participants.
- Wait until the end of the auction. The highest bid at the closing time wins. The leader receives a notification, and everyone who was in the lobby is removed.
- Distribute privileges. Immediately after purchase, the hall functions are available only to those clan members to whom the leader has granted them.
Change your mind and you'll lose a tenth. The bid can be withdrawn before the end of the auction, but only 90% amounts.

Renting: The Owner's Main Risk
The purchase doesn't end there. Once in a while 7 days A weekly fee is debited from the clan's warehouse—from 200,000 to 1,000,000 adena, depending on the hall. It's debited automatically; there will be no reminders.
If it's not enough, the hall will be taken away immediately. Not after a month and not with a warning: the next time a charge is made, the server checks the warehouse, and if the funds in the warehouse are less than the fee, ownership is immediately terminated, and the leader receives a message. Hall goes back to the auction.
A subtlety that is easy to get caught on: there should be something in the warehouse strictly more the amount of the fee. Just as much as needed is already not enough.
How to sell a hall
The leader bids the hall with the same auctioneer. The bidding period is optional: 7, 3 or 1 dayA short description can be added to the lot, and a deposit is required for the submission itself.
You can cancel the auction, but the deposit will not be returned, and you won't be able to announce the next auction until a week later. If there are no bids at all, the hall remains yours—but the deposit is still forfeited.
When the hall is sold, the leader receives a message, and the clan warehouse receives highest rate after deducting tax and deposit.
Halls that are not for sale
Six halls will never appear at auction - they are taken fight, and there's no rent for them at all. Each hall has its own rules for capturing them: in some, you need to outlast your opponents, in others, you need to kill a specific enemy. Details are on the hall's pages.
| Clan Hall | What does it come from? |

| Devastated Castle | by force, no rent |
| Fortress of Resistance | by force, no rent |
| Fortress of the Dead | by force, no rent |
