1. Quest for 3nd prof SH starts in Ivory tower (teleport from Town of Oren). We move to the dark elves floor, talk to NPC Grand Magister Fairy - we get 
Guild Report.
2. We are heading to Town of Goddard, in the dark elf guild we talk to the NPC Magister Kamilen.
3. From Town of Goddard we're flying to Hot Springs. Using the map marker, find the NPC Information Broker Crap. To continue the quest he will ask 
Ice crystal (it can be obtained after completing the quest The Finest Ingredients – Part 1). If a Ice crystal if you already have one, then we talk to NPC Information Broker Mist - we get
