What is he doing
First named shot (humans, elves, rogues): strength 65→868 over 24 levels from a range of 700. Cooldown 25 seconds, strictly with a bow.
The skill shot does not miss according to the normal rules - only auto attacks pass the miss check.
Damage. Ability power is added to physical attack, the result is divided by the target's defense; a charged soulshot multiplies the entire result, including ability power.
