Judgment skill
Judgment is an active physical attack with a debuff (PDAM / OP_ACTIVE) targeting a single target. A melee attack with a dark-element weapon deals damage and reduces the target's critical damage for 10 seconds; maintains OverHit and is enhanced by Soulshots. After cast, the attack immediately resumes (nextActionAttack=true).
Effect: Power: 733 → +1461 (see the level table). MP consumption: 55 → 76 (see the level table). Debuff (critical_dmg_down): Crit Damage: ×0.75 (−25%) (mul operation to stat=cAtk, fixed; stackOrder 1 → 3, see the level table). Debuff duration: 10 sec, effectPower 80.
Parameters: weapon SWORD / BIGSWORD / BLUNT / BIGBLUNT, element Dark, cast range 40, effect radius 400, cast time 1.3 sec, cooldown 11 sec, SSBoost ×2.0, OverHit=true, coolTime=200.
