Description
Arcane Power — active, toggleable (CONT / OP_TOGGLE), target: self. A constant stance increases magic attack but increases MP consumption for magic; it also drains HP/resources through the periodic damage of DamOverTime.
Effect by level: M. Atk: ×1.3 (+30%) (mul operation to stat=mAtk, fixed). MP consumption for magic: ×1.1 (+10%) (mul operation to stat=MagicalMpConsumeRate, fixed). Additional: DamOverTime — 150 damage every 3 sec (time=”3″, val=”150″, infinite count). Activation cost: 36 MP (mpConsume).
