What is he doing
Level 78 Nuker Overdrive Mode: Magic Attack + 30 %, fee - 150 HP every 3 seconds and MP consumption + 10 %M.Atk at the root of the formula is ~14% of all nukes' damage; in PvP and against bosses, Arcane Power is always on, and health is replenished with potions.
Like any toggle: it turns on and hangs, eating up the fee for each tick; when there's nothing to pay with, it turns off itself.
