The minimum level to complete the quest is 15, only for the human race. After completing the quest, we will receive a reward in the form of 
Adena or consumables. The quest is very simple and is completed quite quickly, can be repeated.
Rancher's Plea quest for Adena and consumables: completion
1. Quest Rancher's Plea starts in the northwest Talking Island. We find the NPC using the pointer on the map Edmond.
2. We hunt monsters nearby Giant Spider, as well as Talon Spider. They will drop quest items.
