Malex Herald of Dagoniel
The Malex Herald of Dagoniel is a demonic messenger sent to proclaim the will of his master, Dagoniel, to the mortal world. This fiend of darkness appears in places marked by ill repute and does not attack first, as if biding his time. However, his passivity conceals treachery: the awakened wrath of the herald is cruel and merciless. His very presence radiates the chill of other, unkind realms.
Those who defeat the messenger of darkness will receive a Blessed Scroll of Resurrection for Pets, a blessed scroll for loyal animal companions, as well as a sturdy Aspis shield and a Bronze Helmet—a bronze helmet forged for those who dare face demons in open combat. Victory over the messenger also means news to Dagoniel himself that his will has been thwarted.
