Veil
Blurs the enemy's vision, preventing aggressive mobs from attacking the character.
Description
Veil is an active aggression-reducing skill applied to a single target. It completely resets the enemy's aggression level for 120 seconds, causing them to cease all active actions and ignore the target. Type: Aggro Remove (Debuff). Effect: -100000 aggression (complete threat reset). StackType: turn_passive (forces passive transition).
Enchant:
- Branch 1 increases magicLvl and control power/chance (effectPower)
- Branch 2 increases damage and reduces MP consumption (according to the ench2MpConsume table)
