Description
Vampiric Touch — active DRAIN (OP_ACTIVE), target: one target (TARGET_ONE). Dark magic (element=6) "drain": deals damage based on power from the #power table and restores HP equal to 40% of the damage dealt (absorbPart=0.4).
Effect by level: power: from +18 → +32 (see table #power); magicLvl: 11 → 25 (table #magicLvl). Mana consumption by level: mpInitialConsume: 5 → 8, mpConsume: 20 → 32 (tables #mpInitialConsume/#mpConsume).
Parameters: reuseDelay 12000 ms, hitTime 4000 ms, castRange 600, effectRange 1100.
