Vampiric Claw is an active magic spell (DRAIN / OP_ACTIVE), targeting one target (TARGET_ONE). Deals dark magic damage (element=6) and restores HP based on the damage dealt. Mechanics: power (op=add to the magic formula) according to the #power table, then apply absorbPart = ×0.4 (40% of the damage is returned as HP).
 
Effect by level: Power: 49 → 108 (#power table). magicLvl: 38 → 74 (#magicLvl table). Absorption: ×0.4 of the damage dealt (fixed). MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 12 → 25, mpConsume 48 → 98 (#mpInitialConsume / #mpConsume tables).
 
Additional: reuseDelay 12000 ms, cast 4000 ms. Cast range 900, effect radius 1400. Direct damage with healing of the owner for 40% of the actual damage.
 
Sharpening:

• Enchant 1: increases damage - Power 109 → 127 (table #ench1Power), magicLvl 76 → 85 (table #enchantMagicLvl).
• Enchant 2: Decreases MP consumption - mpInitialConsume 20 → 11, mpConsume 80 → 47 (tables #ench2mpInitialConsume / #ench2MpConsume), magicLvl 76 → 85.
