Description
Twister is an active magical damage skill (MDAM / OP_ACTIVE) that targets a single target. It deals direct wind-elemental magical damage to the selected target; essentially a long-range, single-target nuke.
Effect by level: Magic Damage: +23 → +44 (op = add to base damage, uses the #power table). Magic Level: 17 → 35 (#magicLvl table). MP Consumption: mpConsume 14 → 24, mpInitialConsume 4 → 6 (#mpConsume and #mpInitialConsume tables).
Additional: reuseDelay 6 sec, hitTime 4000 ms, castRange 750, effectRange 1250, element - Wind.
Sharpening: none.
