What is he doing
Magic attack of each clan member + 75 % — This is full level 3 Empower for the entire clan and alliance (the mAtk slot is shared with Empower). M.Atk is at the root of the damage formula, so nukes are about a third heavier since all mages are equipped at once. There is no enchantment.
Like all chieftain blessings, it does not affect the group, but clan and alliance within a radius of 900 and holds 20 minutes - one overlord buffs an entire siege column.
