Symbol of Resistance — active SIGNET (OP_ACTIVE), target: self. Creates a symbol with a 180-radius effect, requires battle_force=2, and does not work in the Olympiad; cast time 5000 ms (staticHitTime=true), cooldown 1800000 ms (30 min) (staticReuse=true).
Effect: Signet: 5s × 24 ticks (120s total). ForOps mechanics: Signet effect without stat add/mul; zone created via effectNpcId=13018 and associated effectId=5125 (Maximum Resist Status - reduces vulnerability to debuffs by 60%), base power=200.
