Effect: Signet: 5s × 24 ticks (120s total). ForOps mechanics: Signet effect, zone created via effectNpcId=13018 and associated effectId=5126 (Maximum Recovery – increases HP and CP regeneration, regHp/recCp x 1.4), base power=200.
