Effect: Signet: 5s × 24 ticks (120s total). ForOps mechanics: Signet effect, zone created via effectNpcId=13018 and associated effectId=5127 (Recover Force – increases physical attack and simultaneously restores/accumulates power charges, pAtk +20%, Additional: IncreaseCharges ×7 (1 charge per activation)), base power=200.
