Description
Surrender to Wind is an active debuff skill (WEAKNESS / OP_ACTIVE), targets one target. Applies an elemental weakness to wind; cast range 750 → 900 (depending on level), effectRange 1400, cast time 1500 ms, cooldown 8 seconds.
Effect by level: Elemental debuff — forOps: stat="windRes" + add stat="earthRes"> (op=sub/add). Reduces Wind Resistance by -30 and increases Earth Resistance by +15 for 15 seconds (fixed values, not scaled).
The chance to cast is calculated from power: 80, taking into account magicLvl: 40 → 74 (table #magicLvl, lvlDepend=2). MP costs: mpInitialConsume 7 → 14, mpConsume 28 → 55 (tables by level).
Sharpening:
- Enchant1 increases the chance - power: 80 → 100 and magicLvl by #enchantMagicLvl.
- Enchant2 reduces MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 13 → 10, mpConsume 54 → 40; the effect mechanics and resistance values remain unchanged.
