The chance of casting is calculated from power 80, taking into account magicLvl: 40 → 74 (table #magicLvl, lvlDepend=2). MP costs: mpInitialConsume 7 → 14, mpConsume 28 → 55 (tables by level).
 
Sharpening:

• Enchant1 increases the chance of casting - power: 80 → 100 and increases magicLvl (table #enchantMagicLvl).
• Enchant2 reduces MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 13 → 10, mpConsume 54 → 40, without changing the debuff mechanics itself.
