Description
Surrender To Fire — active WEAKNESS (OP_ACTIVE), single target. A magical debuff that reduces fire resistance while simultaneously increasing water resistance; cast time 1500 ms, cooldown 8000 ms, cast range 750 → 900 (according to the level table), effect radius 1400.
Effect by level: stat=»fireRes» val=»30″> and stat=»waterRes» val=»15″> are used (constants, independent of level). Result: fireRes: -30, waterRes: +15 (fixed values). Only magic level (magicLvl: 25 → 74), MP consumption, and casting range increase with level.
Sharpening:
- Enchant 1 increases the base chance of casting (power: 80 → 100 according to the #enchant1Power table).
- Enchant 2 reduces MP consumption (mpInitialConsume and mpConsume according to the tables).
