Description
Summon Swoop Cannon — active SUMMON (OP_ACTIVE), target: self. Siege Summon (isSiegeSummonSkill=true): Summons unit npcId 14839 for a limited time, with a long cast time and MP/resource consumption.
Effect: Summon: Summons a siege summon for 1200000 ms (20 min). ForOps mechanics: no add/mul/sub/div effects to stats, stat tables are not used (there is only a table for the npcId when enchanting).
Parameters: mpInitialConsume 530, hitTime 10000 ms, reuseDelay 20000 ms (20 sec), item consumption: itemConsumeId 1461 ×46 (in steps=20), additional consumption itemConsumeIdOT 2132 ×21; time lost in idle/active: 1000/1000.
