Summon Merrow the Unicorn skill

Summon Merrow the Unicorn is an active magic spell (SUMMON / OP_ACTIVE), targeting self (TARGET_SELF). Summons a combat summon unicorn, Merrow, with a fixed lifespan. The mechanics are NPC summoning via the #npcIds table (no stat ops), with summon power scaling by level and being replaced with enhanced versions upon enchantment (#enchantNpcId table). Requires item consumption upon summoning.
 
Effect by level: npcId: 14391 → 14404 (table #npcIds, summon level and stat growth). MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 14 → 28, mpConsume 56 → 109 (tables #mpInitialConsume / #mpConsume). Item consumption: itemConsumeCount 1 → 4, alternative consumption (OT): 1 → 3 (tables #itemConsumeCount / #itemConsumeCountOT).
 
Parameters: reuseDelay 20000 ms, cast 15000 ms. Summon duration: 1200000 ms (20 minutes). Time loss: 500 ms idle, 1000 ms in combat. Experience penalty: expPenalty 0.1 (10%). The summon focuses on consistent damage/support and increases in power with skill level.
 
Sharpening:

• Enchant 1: Enhances the summoned unicorn - npcId 14405 → 14434 (table #enchantNpcId, stronger versions of the summon with increased stats).
