Summon CP Potion

Summon CP Potion is an active item creation skill (CREATE_ITEM / OP_ACTIVE) targeting oneself (TARGET_SELF). It creates CP potions using the create_item_id/create_item_count mechanics; the skill has no additional for-effects with op(add/mul/sub/div) or stats. Crafting requires the consumption of materials and a high MP consumption.
 
Effect by level: create_item_count: Creates 20 items (ID 5592). MP consumption: 412. Item consumption: itemConsumeId 1785, itemConsumeCount 50. The skill does not have level tables and works with fixed values.
 
Parameters: euseDelay 1800000 ms (30 minutes), cast time 20000 ms. This is a crafting skill that allows you to obtain a stack of CP Potion in a single cast, at the cost of a large resource consumption and a long cooldown.
