Spirit of Sagittarius — active BUFF / OP_ACTIVE on self (TARGET_SELF). A long-lasting buff for 1200 seconds that reduces the MP cost of physical abilities via a cost modifier; hit time 2 seconds, cooldown 180 seconds.
 
Effect by level: Physical MP Consume Rate: ×0.9 → ×0.7 (multiplier to PhysicalMpConsumeRate, see table #PhysicalMpConsumeRate; the lower the multiplier, the less MP is spent on physical skills). MP: 27 → 34 (see #mpConsume). StackOrder: 2 → 6, stackType mp_cost_down (see #stackOrder).
