Spell Force — active FUSION (OP_ACTIVE), target: party ally (not yourself). Channeled skill: hold the cast for 15 seconds on the target party member, triggering skill 5105 (Speel Force lvl 1, target gains mAtk +10% for 15 seconds).
Parameters: starting MP consumption 12, magicLvl 77, cast range 400, effectRange 1400, cooldown 30 sec, staticReuse=true.
