Description
Soul of the Phoenix is an active BUFF (OP_ACTIVE), targeting self. Grants the special buff "Phoenix's Blessing" for 30 minutes. It's a resurrection_special effect (a special type of "resurrection/rescue"), with no additional stat bonuses.
