What is he doing
Overlord's Defensive Toggle (44+): Physical Defense +293 → +445 and above flat units - an increase in the level of a full set of armor. The price is unusual: toggle eats mana regen — the blue bar stops filling while the stand is on.
Like any toggle: it turns on and hangs, eating up the fee for each tick; when there's nothing to pay with, it turns off itself.
