Shield Stun
Stuns the enemy. A stunned enemy cannot be stunned again. Available when equipped with a shield.
Description
Shield Stun is a close-range, shield-based control strike that stuns the target. Requires an equipped shield (weaponsAllowed=”SHIELD”). Cast/Cooldown: 1.2 sec / 12 sec. Range: 40 (melee), effect radius: up to 400.
Features:
- scales by level (lvlDepend=2);
- after application, an auto attack immediately follows (nextActionAttack=true);
- Enchant +Power: increases MagicLvl and reduces cooldown (up to ~4 sec);
- Enchant +Cost: Reduces MP consumption;
- classic stun with a separate type of stack.
Effect: Applies Stun for 9 seconds on successful activation. Chance: High base chance to stun (Land Rate 80), scales with skill level and magic level. This isn't 80%, it's power, meaning the base strength of the effect, which is used in the chance calculation formula.
