Sharpening:

• Enchant1 Power: Increases base success rate 40 → 50 (table #enchant1Power), magicLvl: 76 → 85 (table #enchantMagicLvl).
• Enchant2 Cost: Reduces MP consumption, mpConsume 81 → 53 (table #ench2MpConsume), mpInitialConsume 20 → 13 (table #ench2MpConsume_Init).
