Description
Seal of Silence is an active magical ability (MUTE / OP_ACTIVE), targeting the aura around the caster (TARGET_AURA). It applies a silence debuff, preventing the use of magical abilities; its mechanics are a 30-second Mute (silence) effect with stackType=silence, applied to all targets within the radius.
Effect by level: Power: 40 → 40 (fixed value, base effect chance; the #ench1Power table is used only for enchanting). magicLvl: 48 → 74 (#magicLvl table). MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 13 → 21, mpConsume 52 → 82 (#mpInitialConsume / #mpConsume tables).
Parameters: reuseDelay 20000 ms, cast 4000 ms, aura radius 200.
Sharpening:
- Enchant Power — increases the chance of applying an effect: Power 40 → 50 (table #ench1Power), magicLvl 76 → 85 (table #enchantMagicLvl).
- Enchant Cost — reduces MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 20 → 13, mpConsume 81 → 53 (tables #ench2mpInitialConsume / #ench2MpConsume), magicLvl 76 → 85.
