Description
Seal of Ruler (ID 246) is an active siege skill for castle capture. It initiates the castle capture process when used on a Holy Artifact.
Casting time: 3 minutes (180 sec), fixed, not affected by speed. MP cost at start: 50 MP. Cast range: 85. Cooldown: 5 seconds.
Only used during a siege, interrupting the cast will cancel the capture.
