Effect by level: CP recovery: +745 → +858 (#rateCp table). MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 21 → 24, mpConsume 83 → 96 (#mpInitialConsume / #mpConsume tables). AggroPoints: 677 → 780.
Parameters: reuseDelay 20000 ms, cast time 5000 ms, range 600, effect radius 1100. This skill is designed to restore CP to a single target and is especially useful in PvP, where CP reserves directly impact survivability under focus.
