Restore Life is an active magic ability (HEAL_PERCENT / OP_ACTIVE), targeting a single target (TARGET_ONE, cast range 600, effect radius 1100). Restores HP as a percentage of the target's maximum value; no forOps mechanics—the healing value is set directly via power in the #power table.
Effect by level: HP recovery: +15% → +30% of maximum HP (#power table). AggroPoints: 500 → 1000 (#aggro table). MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 16 → 32, mpConsume 64 → 127 (#mpInitialConsume / #mpConsume tables).
Parameters: reuseDelay 120000 ms, cast time 8000 ms, range 600, effect radius 1100. A powerful percentage heal with a long cooldown and cast time, effective for emergency restoration of a large amount of HP.
