Description
Quiver of Holding is a passive BUFF / OP_PASSIVE on oneself (TARGET_SELF). Permanently increases the character's maximum load capacity: applied via mul to stat=maxLoad (multiplication, see level table).
Effect by level: Max Load: ×1.3 → ×1.5 (see the #maxLoad by level table). This means the carry weight becomes 130%–150% of the base (depending on the skill level).
