Noblesse Blessing is an active magic spell (BUFF / OP_ACTIVE), targeting one target (TARGET_ONE, cast range 400, effect radius 900). Applies a special buff, NoblesseBless, that retains its positive effects after death; mechanics from for: NoblesseBless effect without op to stat, stack type preserve_abnormal, stackOrder 1. The buff cannot be removed with a regular dispel, since canBeDispeled=false.
 
Effect by level: NoblesseBless: fixed effect, 1 level, duration 3600 sec. MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 14, mpConsume 55. Item consumption: itemConsumeId 3031, itemConsumeCount 5. AggroPoints: 1.
 
Parameters: reuseDelay 6000ms, cast 4000ms, range 400, effect radius 900. This is a utility defensive buff that does not directly increase combat stats, but preserves the set of buffs upon character death.
