Mass Shackling skill

Mass Shackling is an active crowd control (ROOT / OP_ACTIVE) that targets an aura around the character (200 radius). It's an AoE root for nearby enemies, locking them in the area for 10 seconds, effectively cutting down on pushing/initiating attacks and giving them time to shoot/escape. It functions as a debuff and takes significantly longer to cast than single roots.
 
Effect by level: MP consumption: 40 → 59 (see table by level; values ​​by level: 40/43/46/59/51). Magic level: 58 → 74 (see table by level). Power: 40 (fixed; base value). For-mechanics: Root — immobilize for 10 sec (stackType root_physically, stackOrder=1; no mul/add/sub/div to stats).
 
Parameters: target TARGET_AURA, skill radius 200, casting time 3.0 sec, cooldown 40 sec, lvlDepend=1, isDebuff=true.
 
Sharpening:

• Enchant 1 (magicLvl): 76 → 85 (see enchantment table).
• Enchant 2: Power: 41 → 60 (see enchant table), magicLvl fixed at 74.
