Description
Lethal Shot is an active physical attack (PDAM / OP_ACTIVE) that targets one target. A powerful bowshot with a chance to damage a lethal target; it maintains OverHit, is enhanced by Soulshots, and requires range.
Effect: Power: 5132 (fixed value). Lethal: lethal1 (CP only) – 5% and lethal2 (CP+HP) – 2% (fixed).
