Description
Lethal Blow is an active dagger strike (BLOW / OP_ACTIVE) that targets one target. A powerful blow skill with a lethal chance and the skill's base critical rate; requires a dagger and immediately switches to attack after use (nextActionAttack=true).
Effect by level: Power: 5773 (fixed value). Lethal: lethal1 (CP) – 5% and lethal2 (CP + HP) – 2% (fixed). Base Crit Rate: 15% (fixed).
Parameters: weapon DAGGER, consumption 85 MP, casting range 40, effect radius 400, casting time 1.8 sec, cooldown 15 sec, SSBoost ×2.0, condition=16.
