Inner Rhythm is a passive BUFF (OP_PASSIVE) targeting self. Continuously reduces MP consumption for dancing/singing, making maintaining buffs cheaper.
Effect: DanceMpConsumeRate: ×0.9 (mul to stat=DanceMpConsumeRate, fixed; MP consumption for Dance is reduced to 90% - that is, approximately -10%).
