Adds a fire element to physical attacks and increases the player's resistance to fire attacks.
Description
Infernal Form — active BUFF / OP_ACTIVE on yourself (TARGET_SELF). For 120 seconds, applies a buff that increases fire resistance and increases fire damage via add: stat=fireRes and stat=firePower (see the #vuln and #firePower tables). Reuse 6 seconds, hitTime 2 seconds.
Effect by level: Fire Resistance (fireRes): +3 → +10 (add, see #vuln); Fire Power (firePower): +15 → +30 (add, see #firePower). MP consumption: 27 → 34 (see #mpConsume).
Sharpening: none.
