Description
Heavy Armor Mastery (Shaman) is a passive mastery of heavy armor. Requirement: Only active when wearing heavy armor (HEAVY). Type: Passive, permanent effect.
Effects:
- Increases P.Def by a fixed value (from 11.6 to 93.3 at maximum level);
- Increases magic attack speed by +71%;
- Increases physical attack speed by +25%.
