Howl is an AoE debuff around the character that reduces the physical attack (P. Atk) of all targets within its radius. Duration: 15 sec. Type: active debuff, aura (TARGET_AURA), radius 200. Cooldown: 8 sec, cast time: 1.2 sec.

Effect: pAtk × 0.77 (≈ −23%).

Sharpening:

Enchant 1: Increases the chance/power of casting (power 40 -> 50).
Enchant 2: Decreases MP consumption.
