Description
Horror is a magical fear skill that causes the target to flee in panic. Effect: Applies Fear for 5 ticks with a 2-second duration (forced flight). Chance: Base (power=80), dependent on magicLvl. Range: Up to 600 (the effect itself lasts up to 1100). Type: Magical debuff.
