Significantly increases resistance to shock and paralysis spells and reduces the chance of being stunned. Consistently consumes MP.
Description
Fortitude is an active toggle (CONT / OP_TOGGLE), targeting self. While the toggle is on, it grants crowd control resistance at the cost of a constant MP drain (the effect is applied via ManaDamOverTime).
Effect by level: Paralyze Vulnerability: -30% (sub operation to stat=paralyzeVuln, fixed). Stun Vulnerability: -30% (sub operation to stat=stunVuln, fixed). MP consumption: 35 every 3 seconds (val=”35″, time=”3″).
Sharpening: none.
