Focuses and charges power to use special attack skills. Up to level 7 possible.
Description
Focused Force is an active charge accumulator buff for a character with Dual Fist. Each use applies 1 charge of Force (numCharges=1) up to a maximum depending on the skill level (1–7). Cost: 5 MP and 20 HP per use. Restriction: Cannot be used if maximum charges are reached. Cast/Cooldown: 0.9 sec / 1 sec. Used as a preparatory skill for skills that require Force charges.
