Description
Flame Chant — active BUFF (OP_ACTIVE), target: party (TARGET_PARTY) within 1000 range. Increases magic attack (cast) speed for a long time, with the effect increasing with levels; cast time 2500 ms, cooldown 20 sec, magic skill (isMagic=true).
Effect: Buff (casting_time_down): 1200s. Mechanics forOps: mul to mAtkSpd stat by ×1.15 (+15%) → ×1.30 (+30%) (see table by levels), stackType=casting_time_down, stackOrder 1 → 3 (according to table).
Effect by level: mAtkSpd: ×1.15 → ×1.30 (see the table by level). Also: MP: 84 → 163, mpInitialConsume: 21 → 41, aggro: 285 → 532 (all according to the tables).
Sharpening:
- Enchant1 (Time) — buff time: 1240 → 2400 sec (see table), mAtkSpd fixed ×1.30 (+30%), magicLvl: 76 → 85.
- Enchant2 (Cost) — MP: 160 → 81, mpInitialConsume: 40 → 20 (see tables), magicLvl: 76 → 85.
