Death Whisper skill

Death Whisper is an active magic ability (BUFF / OP_ACTIVE), targeting a single target (TARGET_ONE). It applies a buff that increases the damage of critical attacks: the mechanics are multiplying the critical damage parameter according to the #cAtk table. The effect functions as a positive status with stackType=critical_dmg_up.
 
Effect by level: cAtk: ×1.30 → ×1.35 (mul, table #cAtk). MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 7 → 11, mpConsume 28 → 41 (tables #mpInitialConsume / #mpConsume). AggroPoints: 379 → 532 (table #aggro).
 
Parameters: reuseDelay 6000 ms, cast 4000 ms, cast range 400, effect radius 900. Base effect duration is 1200 sec, stackOrder 1 → 3 (table #stackOrder).
 
Sharpening:

• Enchant Time — increases the buff duration: 1240 → 2400 sec (table #ench1time), fixing the cAtk multiplier ×1.35, magicLvl 76 → 85 (table #enchantMagicLvl).
• Enchant Cost — reduces MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 10 → 5, mpConsume 40 → 20 (tables #ench2mpInitialConsume / #ench2MpConsume), magicLvl 76 → 85.
