Curse: Weakness is an active magic skill (DEBUFF / OP_ACTIVE) that targets one target (TARGET_ONE). Applies a weakening debuff that reduces the enemy's physical attack for a fixed duration; the effect's strength scales with levels and depends on magicLvl. Base chance of applying = 80 (power).
 
Effect by level: P. Atk ×0.83 (-17%) → ×0.77 (-23%) (mul pAtk mechanics, see the #pAtk table), magicLvl: 14 → 74. Debuff lasts 15 sec, uses stackType=pa_down with stackOrder: 1 → 3 (the #stackOrder table). Mana cost: mpInitialConsume 1 → 14, mpConsume 2 → 55 (see the level tables).
 
Additional: reuseDelay 8000 ms, hitTime 1500 ms, castRange 600, effectRange 1100.
 
Sharpening:

• Enchant Power - increases the chance of application through power and magicLvl (tables #enchantPower, #enchantMagicLvl).
• Enchant Cost — reduces mana consumption (mpConsume / mpInitialConsume, tables #ench2MpConsume, #ench2MpConsume_Init).
