Curse Disease is an active magic spell (DEBUFF / OP_ACTIVE), targeting one target (TARGET_ONE, cast range 600, effect radius 1100). Applies a debuff that reduces the effectiveness of incoming healing; mechanics from : op=mul to stat=gainHp ×0.5 for 120 sec, meaning the target only receives 50% of the restored HP. Stack type: heal_effect_down, stackOrder 1.
 
Effect by level: gainHp: ×0.5 → ×0.5 (fixed value, no table, cuts healing effectiveness by 2). magicLvl: 58 → 74 (table #magicLvl). Power: 80 → 80 (fixed base power/effect chance, lvlDepend=2). MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 11 → 14, mpConsume 43 → 55 (tables #mpInitialConsume / #mpConsume).
 
Parameters: reuseDelay 15000 ms, cast time 4000 ms, range 600, effect radius 1100. The debuff is long-lasting and works well against targets with active healing, lifesteal, and heal support.
 
Sharpening:

• Enchant Power: increases the effect strength/chance — Power 80 → 100 (table #ench1Power), magicLvl 76 → 85 (table #enchantMagicLvl).
• Enchant Cost: Decreases MP consumption - mpInitialConsume 13 → 10, mpConsume 54 → 40 (tables #ench2mpInitialConsume / #ench2MpConsume), magicLvl 76 → 85.
