Description
Chill Flame is an active DOT (OP_ACTIVE) targeting a single target (TARGET_ONE). This magical debuff has a chance to apply power of 70, inflicts fire damage over time (element 2), and works via the DamOverTime effect with a fixed number of ticks.
Effect by level: Damage per tick: 20 → 30 (see the #dmg table). DamOverTime is used with val from the #dmg table; magicLvl increases from 7 to 14 (see the #magicLvl table). MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 3 → 5, mpConsume 12 → 18; cast time 4000 ms, cooldown 6000 ms, cast range 600, effectRange 1100.
