Chant of Evasion skill

Chant of Evasion is an active magic spell (BUFF / OP_ACTIVE), targeting a group (TARGET_PARTY, radius 1000). Applies a group buff to evasion: mechanics — rEvas (op = add to evasion) according to the #rEvas table. The effect functions as a positive status with stackType = avoid_up.
 
Effect by level: rEvas: +2 → +4 (table #rEvas). MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 28 → 41, mpConsume 111 → 163 (tables #mpInitialConsume / #mpConsume). AggroPoints: 379 → 532 (table #aggro). Parameters: reuseDelay 20000 ms, cast time 2500 ms, radius 1000. Base effect duration is 1200 sec, stackOrder 1 → 3 (table #stackOrder).
 
Sharpening:

• Enchant Time — increases the buff duration: 1240 → 2400 sec (table #ench1time), fixing the rEvas bonus +4, magicLvl 76 → 85 (table #enchantMagicLvl).
• Enchant Cost — reduces MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 40 → 20, mpConsume 160 → 81 (tables #ench2mpInitialConsume / #ench2MpConsume), magicLvl 76 → 85.
