Chant of Eagle is an active magic spell (BUFF / OP_ACTIVE), targeting a group (TARGET_PARTY, range 1000). Applies a group buff to physical attack accuracy; the mechanics are as follows: for: op=add to stat=accCombat according to the #accCombat table, stack type hit_up, stackOrder 1→3. The base effect lasts 1200 seconds.
 
Effect by level: accCombat: +2 → +4 (table #accCombat). MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 35 → 48, mpConsume 137 → 189 (tables #mpInitialConsume / #mpConsume). AggroPoints: 457 → 597.
 
Parameters: reuseDelay 20000ms, cast time 2500ms, range 1000. This is a group-wide buff that increases the stability of hits on the target, especially useful for physical classes against enemies with high evasion.
 
Sharpening:

• Enchant Time: Increases duration - time 1200 → 2400 sec. (table #ench1time), fixing accCombat +4, magicLvl 76 → 85.
• Enchant Cost: decreases MP consumption — mpInitialConsume 47 → 24, mpConsume 185 → 94 (tables #ench2MpConsume_Init / #ench2MpConsume), magicLvl 76 → 85.
